Antonio Ortega Castro

Próspero Antonio Ortega Castro holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the Universidad de las Américas, Puebla. He mastered the study in Business Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey Campus Ciudad de México, and from Instituto Panamericano de Alta dirección de Empresas (IPADE) he carried out a specialty in senior management. Additionally, he has completed various programs focused in the areas of Stock-Exchange where he received a diploma from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). Antonio began his career as an auditor at Price Waterhouse Coopers and has more than 20 years of experience in finance and account. Since beginning his career with ICA in 1995 he has served in various areas such as administrative, tax, accounting and internal control within the business units of Civil Construction, Infrastructure and Housing of ICA Group. Throughout his 20 years with ICA, he has been involved in several infrastructure projects including Bakun in Malaysia, the Corredor Sur in Panama and the hydroelectric Dam in Mexico. In 2010, he assumed the position of Corporate Director of Administration and in 2012 the accepted responsibility for Risk Management. He is part of the Operational Committees of SAP Implementation and the Center for Business Service. In June 2015 he was named the Vice President of Administration and Risks, to include the area of law enforcement.
