Centro Corporativo Bosques

A six-story building set below ground level, including parking space, ground floor and other six floors of offices. Twelve-meter deep excavation works were performed, with a bedding of caissons and spread concrete footings. Notable features of this building include the use of an Alumna Shield formwork in the exterior walls of the parking lot, the circular elevator cores and slabs. The columns and skirting of the façade were specially designed, and built separately due to project requirements. The concrete used in the main elements of the façade was cast with ground white marble.
