Human capital depends on the opportunities we have created for our people to develop their ideas and grow professionally. Our workforce consists of approximately 32,000 employees, and is divided into technical, administrative and unionized workers. The percentage of administrative staff, including employees, managers and directors is about 40%. Due to the characteristics of staff hired per project the percentage of unionized workers is higher –about 60%.
