University Museum of Contemporary Art

The creation of this space gave a new aesthetic air to Mexico City's University Cultural Center. It was born out of the need for new spaces to exhibit contemporary and modern art. It has an area of 13,947 square meters, including an entrance plaza and underground parking for 120 cars.

The building is circular and features a main lobby, panoramic elevator, lecture area, bookstore, halls, terraces and courtyards; a library on the ground floor, curators' area, conference rooms and equipment; on the upper level there are 13 exhibition halls of different sizes, heights and orientations.
