Mexico City International Airport Terminal 2

The new Terminal 2 at Mexico City's International Airport is clearly an element that promotes tourism in the country and travel by families who have relatives worldwide. It is a place where smiles and happiness, success and adventures, and relationships that last a lifetime are born.

This project involved different lines of activity: the terminal itself, taxiways, and internal roads to provide access for commercial aircraft to the terminal, and an automated transport system that runs between the airport terminals, unique of its kind in Latin America. This new building has 225,000 m2 of roofed construction housing the general terminal, the and international flight arrival and departure areas, and the area for motor vehicle access; also a service area, parking and control tower. We equipped the terminal with escalators, moving sidewalks, elevators, conveyors and technology in communications, security, telephony and data systems.
